Job Summary
Operating as the lead strategist on customer engagements, the full-time Principal AI Strategist will guide clients through AI transformation by developing roadmaps, driving governance advisory, and facilitating organizational change management, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business alignment and value conversations as the lead AI strategist on customer engagements
- Develop AI roadmaps to guide customers from initial activation to scaled adoption of AI capabilities
- Advise on AI governance and lead organizational change management planning for AI initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years as a consultant or advisor in software or technology industries
- 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with knowledge of its AI capabilities
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with multiple AI tools and large language models
- Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level conversations and build business cases
- Experience advising on AI governance and change management in complex enterprises
