Job Summary
Leading complex transformation engagements, the full-time remote Principal AI Transformation Consultant will help senior leaders redesign workflows and implement AI solutions, ensuring measurable value delivery for CoCounsel Legal and CoCounsel for Tax and Trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transformation engagements from discovery through workflow redesign and value realization
- Advise senior leaders on AI-enabled workflows and necessary changes to roles and practices
- Establish value hypotheses and ensure customer-facing claims align with data-supported outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Organizational Transformation, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- 10+ years in professional services, management consulting, or complex AI delivery
- Experience in leading workflow redesign and technology-enabled adoption
- Ability to advise executives and facilitate decision-making in ambiguous situations
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities and experience in regulated knowledge-work domains
