Principal Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Leading high-impact analytics engagements, the full-time Principal Analytics Consultant will define and enforce analytics standards, co-author the enterprise analytics strategy, and serve as the final reviewer for critical analytical work, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and publish analytics standards for data modeling, metric definitions, and statistical methods
• Drive adoption of analytics standards across cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Mentor and develop analytics professionals, reviewing their work and guiding them towards Principal-level judgment

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or consulting, with at least 5 years at a Principal level
• Proven authority in defining and enforcing analytical methodologies and standards at an organizational level
• Hands-on expertise in contact-center data and production ownership of a dbt project
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with Databricks and Azure DevOps
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in computer science or information technology
