Principal Architect

Job Summary

As a senior technology leader, the full-time remote Principal Architect will define and advance the enterprise architecture strategy across applications, data, integration, analytics, and AI capabilities, ensuring scalable and secure business solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture efforts for enterprise applications and platforms, driving modernization strategies and ensuring long-term maintainability
• Define and evolve enterprise data architecture strategies, establishing standards and promoting the adoption of data platforms for analytics and AI initiatives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, facilitating strategy discussions and translating complex challenges into clear architectural recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture, with 5+ years leading enterprise-scale initiatives
• Experience defining and governing architecture across applications, data platforms, integrations, and AI technologies
• Demonstrated success in partnering with executive leadership to deliver strategic technology outcomes
• Experience in digital transformation, cloud adoption, or implementing enterprise data and AI solutions preferred
