Principal Architect - Data Platforms

Job Summary

To ensure customer success, the full-time remote Principal Architect - Data Platforms will lead data strategy engagements, collaborating with teams to implement data management solutions that support digital transformation and drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a broad range of data engagements and manage project delivery teams to ensure quality and client satisfaction
• Conduct detailed assessments and analyses to develop comprehensive data strategies and recommendations for clients
• Design modern data platform architectures and mentor teams during implementation for client engagements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in database design and architecture, including 2 years with Azure technologies
• Expert knowledge of data management, business intelligence, and analytics concepts, including ETL/ELT and data warehousing
• 10+ years of data and analytics experience with extensive knowledge of business process design and optimization
• Experience with frameworks such as DMM, DAMA, and TOGAF, and ability to run workshops with business stakeholders
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with a passion for learning new technologies and an analytical approach to problem-solving
