Principal Architect - Databricks
Job Summary
To expand its Databricks capability within the Data and AI practice, a full-time Principal Architect - Databricks will lead technical engagements, design target-state platforms, and manage customer relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead qualification, technical discovery, and architecture design for Databricks projects
- Provide architectural oversight throughout project delivery, ensuring alignment with initial proposals
- Define and shape market-facing Databricks service offerings and establish repeatable delivery standards
Required qualifications
- Substantial hands-on experience with Databricks, preferably in a partner organization or managing a significant Databricks Lakehouse environment
- Proven success in enterprise-scale migration and consolidation initiatives
- Experience operating and supporting production machine learning or AI solutions beyond proof-of-concept implementations
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a Principal Architect level or equivalent, recognized as a senior technical authority
- Experience in presales environments, including leading customer discussions and developing proposals
