Principal Architect - Snowflake
Job Summary
To lead the technical aspects of Snowflake initiatives, the full-time Principal Architect - Snowflake will manage customer engagements, design target architectures, and oversee migration efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead qualification, discovery, and design of target architectures for Snowflake migrations
- Provide architectural oversight during project delivery, ensuring alignment with initial proposals
- Define and shape Snowflake service offerings, establishing success criteria and measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
- Substantial hands-on experience with Snowflake, preferably from a partner organization or managing a significant Snowflake environment
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale migration and consolidation initiatives, particularly involving SAP and Oracle
- Demonstrated success at a Principal Architect level or equivalent, acting as a senior technical authority
- Experience in presales environments, including leading customer discussions and developing proposals
- Snowflake certification preferred or ability to obtain it quickly
