Job Summary
To support the modernization of healthcare technology, the full-time Principal Backend Engineer will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native EHR applications while focusing on backend architecture and leading technical initiatives within a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services and distributed systems for clinical applications
- Serve as a technical leader, mentoring junior engineers and guiding architecture decisions
- Own services throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring operational readiness and troubleshooting complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 7-9+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development

- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, mentoring engineers and leading projects
