Principal BI Analyst
Job Summary
Providing enterprise thought leadership on data visualization and analytic report development, the full-time Principal BI Analyst will lead the creation and maintenance of governance standards while mentoring junior team members and analyzing complex business problems in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the chief architect for data visualization solutions and mentor junior staff on best practices
- Analyze complex business problems, prepare detailed specifications, and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions
- Create and enforce data visualization governance and development standards to enhance solution quality and process efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics; 10+ years of experience may substitute for a degree
- Knowledge of Facets and Healthcare Claims Processing
- Familiarity with CMS Guidelines and FWA trends
- Experience with data engineering, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques
