Principal Business Analyst, Source to Pay

Job Summary

To enable the optimization and transformation of Workday's global Source to Pay value stream, the full-time remote Principal Business Analyst, Source to Pay will manage end-to-end process design and performance, focusing on supplier onboarding, procurement, invoicing, and payments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve process flows across the Source to Pay lifecycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable process designs and functional requirements
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) ceremonies, tracking execution and ensuring alignment across Finance teams

Required Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in Source to Pay or Finance Transformation, with ownership of complex processes in a global environment
• Deep functional knowledge of supplier management, procurement, and related accounting implications
• Proven experience with ERP/Sourcing/Procurement Platforms, preferably Workday Financial Management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
• Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives, moving to standardized and automated operations
