Job Summary
To support the delivery of enterprise PIM solutions, the full-time Principal Business Solutions Architect will engage with clients to diagnose product data operations, design effective solutions, and remain a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PIM solution design, translating client needs into actionable technical scopes
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for Implementation Consultants during delivery
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and improve client outcomes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture, preferably in SaaS or a data-heavy domain
- Strong understanding of development concepts, product data structures, and API/integration patterns
- Experience with the e-commerce tech stack and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead client discovery and solution design processes
- A degree is a plus but not mandatory
