Job Summary
To support critical healthcare systems, the remote Principal Business Systems Analyst will manage Facets configuration and maintenance, lead complex system analysis, and ensure compliance while providing technical expertise and issue resolution for business applications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and maintenance of complex system tables and data elements in Facets
- Provide business acumen and technical expertise to support proactive configuration solutions and coordinate IT project data mapping
- Facilitate issue resolution by assessing business impacts, coordinating triage, and developing business processes for system/application problems
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, specifically with Facets
- Deep understanding of Medical Product configuration, group/member enrollment, and provider network management
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and MS Excel
- Experience in leading configuration changes to improve system performance and user efficiency
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert for complex business systems and integration solutions
