Job Summary
As the senior-most individual-contributor technical role, the full-time Principal Business Systems Architect will manage end-to-end systems architecture across CRM, billing, and integration systems while collaborating with stakeholders to address pain points and develop coherent architectural solutions in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with stakeholders to translate pain points into prioritized technical requirements
- Define and maintain the target-state systems architecture and create a sequenced, fundable roadmap
- Serve as the final architectural authority on cross-system design decisions, managing conflicts and driving consensus
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture or solutions architecture with experience in CRM and billing/ERP systems
- Experience with GTM/revenue systems, CPQ, and order-to-revenue flows
- Proven experience leading legacy system modernization or decommissioning at scale
- Demonstrated experience acting as the final technical authority on architectural decisions
- Strong written communication skills for documenting complex technical tradeoffs
