Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner in shaping compensation programs, the full-time Principal Compensation Analyst will analyze, design, and administer enterprise-wide compensation initiatives, including base pay and incentives, while participating occasionally in on-site leadership meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and design compensation programs that support organizational goals and market competitiveness
- Conduct market benchmarking and lead complex compensation analyses to inform executive decision-making
- Consult with leaders across the organization to deliver compensation solutions that attract and retain top talent
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of compensation experience, particularly with enterprise-wide programs
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools preferred
