Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Compliance Specialist will independently manage complex compliance program areas, analyze regulatory requirements, and lead compliance investigations while providing high-level support to senior leadership within a large healthcare system.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage compliance program areas from planning through execution and reporting
- Analyze regulatory requirements and produce written impact analyses for operational changes
- Lead compliance investigations and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required); Juris Doctor preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience (Required)
- Experience in an integrated delivery network (IDN) is preferred
- Advanced degree or active professional certification (CHC, CHPC, CHRC, CIPP/US, or equivalent) is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply healthcare regulatory requirements independently
