Principal Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing Power & Renewables customer success team, the full-time Principal Consultant will engage clients to drive adoption of Enverus solutions, enhance workflows, and build long-term partnerships while working remotely or in various U.S. locations.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate integration of Enverus solutions within client organizations to improve productivity and minimize churn
- Collaborate with Account Directors and Customer Success Managers to develop tailored account strategies and onboarding plans
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring effective use of the Enverus product suite
Required qualifications
- Understanding of the power and energy transition space
- Experience in customer success or a related field
- Background in solar, wind, and/or battery storage design or engineering
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt strategies based on client needs
- Familiarity with Enverus products such as Prism and Rated Power is a plus
