Job Summary
Leading complex Federal consulting engagements, the full-time remote Principal Consultant will establish delivery strategies, integrate multiple disciplines, and ensure recommendations are practical Government-owned capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead engagements with accountability for outcomes, quality, and client trust
- Frame complex enterprise problems and develop evidence-driven delivery strategies
- Advise executives on tradeoffs, risks, and implementation implications while managing client relationships
Required qualifications:
- Typically 10+ years of experience in Federal consulting, transformation, or related fields
- Demonstrated success in leading major workstreams and multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to integrate diverse disciplines and convert ambiguity into executable plans
- Exceptional skills in executive facilitation, writing, and decision-support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; advanced degree preferred
