Job Summary
Leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementation engagements, the full-time Principal Consultant will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and post go-live support while collaborating with client stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, managing all phases from requirements gathering to deployment
- Analyze and document current and future-state business processes to design scalable solutions
- Provide functional leadership and mentoring to offshore teams and junior consultants, ensuring project standards are met
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of business process design and solution governance
