Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Principal Consultant - Databricks will own the technical vision and architecture for complex Azure Databricks engagements, guiding teams from discovery through production delivery in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Define target-state architecture and standards for Azure Databricks engagements
- Lead workshops to translate business and security needs into actionable solution designs
- Architect secure and scalable enterprise lakehouse platforms across various data processes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise data and analytics consulting
- 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering production Databricks or Lakehouse solutions
- Deep expertise in Azure Databricks, including platform architecture and data engineering
- Strong command of Apache Spark, PySpark, Python, SQL, and data modeling techniques
- Experience in technical pre-sales, delivery leadership, and multidisciplinary team guidance
