Job Summary
To drive transformative business outcomes, the full-time Principal Consultant - Strategy will lead high-stakes client engagements, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver strategic insights in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex client projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and maintaining high standards for project delivery
- Produce client-ready deliverables, including presentations and reports, that articulate complex ideas and provide actionable insights

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of consulting experience with a proven track record in leading large-scale engagements and building client relationships

- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-value projects for private equity sponsors or portfolio companies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth through strategic proposals and client acquisitions
