Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Principal Conversion Specialist, the full-time role will support complex IBM Z security conversion and migration engagements, working directly with customers and internal teams to analyze environments, execute conversions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance conversion tooling.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer environments and execute IBM Z security conversions and migrations
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain conversion tooling to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to enhance conversion processes and tools
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant IBM Z/mainframe experience
- 10+ years of hands-on administration experience with at least one Enterprise Security Manager (ESM)
- Strong working knowledge of IBM z/OS and hands-on REXX programming experience
- Ability to read, troubleshoot, modify, and develop REXX code
- Experience diagnosing issues in complex mainframe environments
