Principal Cross-Functional Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote Principal Cross-Functional Engineer will focus on analog calibration, verification, and design while leveraging extensive experience in high-speed SerDes architecture and ASIC design.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement calibration algorithms for analog/mixed-signal blocks to optimize performance and yield
- Simulate analog subsystems to confirm functionality and design characteristics, including power and aging performance
- Guide and mentor engineers in analog behavioral modeling and mixed-signal verification techniques
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with significant ASIC design experience
- 15+ years of industry experience in high-speed SerDes architecture and verification
- Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals and calibration techniques
- Experience with EDA tools for schematic entry and verification
- Proficiency in digital RTL code and firmware coding
