Principal Data Analyst
Job Summary
As a hands-on technical role, the full-time Principal Data Analyst will design and build analytical solutions, including AI-powered applications and Power BI experiences, while collaborating with senior leaders to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable analytical solutions that guide executive strategy
- Design and build modern decision products, including scalable semantic models and AI-powered applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define key metrics and connect analytics to business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related analytical field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related technical roles, preferably in an enterprise environment
- Strong SQL and analytical engineering skills, with hands-on experience in Power BI and data modeling
- Proven experience in building AI/LLM applications and analytical products from prototype to production
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership
