Principal Data Scientist
Job Summary
Leading the charge in Advanced Analytics, the full-time Principal Data Scientist will design and implement rigorous experimentation frameworks, develop scalable AI and machine learning solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design, execution, and analysis of marketing and product experiments, including A/B and multivariate testing
- Develop and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions to drive measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with various teams to translate complex business challenges into analytical solutions and present findings to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning, preferably in financial services
- Proven expertise in marketing experimentation and causal inference methodologies
- Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and large-scale data environments
- Advanced programming skills in Python, Spark/PySpark, and SQL
