Principal Data Scientist

Job Summary

To lead the technical strategy for omnichannel engagement analytics, the full-time remote Principal Data Scientist will define the Data Science vision, shape AI-driven business value, and develop predictive models while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year Data Science vision and technical roadmap for omnichannel engagement analytics
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to drive measurable commercial impact and influence senior leadership decisions
• Develop predictive and causal models to inform customer engagement and resource allocation using complex, multi-source data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline; Master's or PhD preferred
• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful models
• Hands-on expertise in causal inference and experimentation methods, including A/B testing
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in deep learning frameworks and distributed data processing
• Experience productionizing AI/ML solutions in cloud environments, including deployment and lifecycle management
