Job Summary
To support the CoreTech Org's mission, the full-time remote Principal Data Scientist will own the measurement strategy for the Connections Platform, focusing on quantifying impact, defining key metrics, and building evaluation frameworks for LLM and agentic systems.
Key responsibilities
- Define and operationalize the measurement strategy for the Connections Platform and Data & Infrastructure Platform team
- Design evaluation frameworks for LLM-based and agentic systems to assess their effectiveness
- Lead causal inference and experimentation programs to establish the impact of platform changes and features
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, UX Research, or Applied Science, with a focus on platform measurement
- Proven experience in designing evaluation methods for complex user-facing systems
- Expertise in causal inference and experimental design, including A/B testing
- Strong background in defining primary metrics, KPIs, and leading/lagging indicators
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data instrumentation and analysis
