Principal Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery strategy for Portfolio Management, the remote Principal Delivery Manager will manage complex, cross-functional programs, drive innovative delivery methods, and coordinate across teams to ensure effective execution and communication with executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the delivery strategy and model for Portfolio Management, ensuring alignment with internal customer outcomes
• Drive delivery discovery for multi-team initiatives, proactively identifying dependencies and complex cross-team problems
• Establish delivery standards and engagement models for Portfolio Management, providing informal guidance to fellow Delivery Managers

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs across multiple organizations
• Proven track record of building and implementing delivery structures and processes from the ground up
• Experience defining and adopting delivery metrics or standards beyond the initial team
• Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to travel approximately 4 times per year for in-person collaboration
