Principal Designer

Job Summary

Owning complex Banking initiatives end to end, the full-time Principal Designer will drive zero-to-one product experiences, set quality standards for Banking design, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex financial logic into user-friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive zero-to-one product experiences that are both strategically sharp and visually distinctive
• Set and hold the quality bar for Banking design, demonstrating excellence in personal work
• Prototype early and often using AI and emerging tools to enhance design practice

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing exceptional craft and systems thinking
• Proven track record of shipping zero-to-one products in complex, high-stakes domains
• Mastery of interaction, visual, and systems design, with the ability to discern the appropriate focus for each problem
• Fluency with AI and prototyping tools, along with a strong perspective on their impact on design
• Strong influence and communication skills as a peer to cross-functional leadership
