Job Summary
Driving the evolution of design systems and brand guidelines, the full-time remote Principal Designer will lead the development and governance of Edmentum's visual identity, creating scalable web experiences and collaborating across teams to unify the brand's creative vision.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development, governance, and evolution of design systems and Figma component libraries
- Shape and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity across all platforms
- Create marketing assets and design scalable, accessible web experiences and UI solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, creative marketing, design systems, and UX/UI design
- Expertise in Figma, including libraries, components, and variables
- Strong command of Atomic Design, responsive design, and user experience principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects and Premiere Pro
