Principal DevOps Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal DevOps Architect will design and manage the architecture for a cloud platform supporting global SaaS services, focusing on Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and AI/ML platform governance.
Key responsibilities
- Own platform architecture and technical roadmap for infrastructure, deployment, observability, and the AI/ML platform
- Set engineering standards and drive adoption through reference implementations and architecture reviews
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for large-scale applications on AWS, managing release processes and observability metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
- 10+ years in SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering with experience at a senior IC or architect level
- Proven technical authority influencing architecture and standards across teams
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, including reusable modules and CI/CD integration
- Experience in a HIPAA / HITECH / HITRUST environment
