Job Summary
To support the development of medical device software, the full-time remote Principal DevOps Engineer will design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure, operate Kubernetes-based platforms, and leverage AI coding tools to enhance automation and deployment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on resilience, security, performance, and scalability
- Operate and improve Kubernetes-based platforms to support microservice workloads and build CI/CD pipelines in a regulated environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as the point of contact for infrastructure, deployment, and operability design
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant fields
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and AWS cloud services
- Proficiency with Terraform and/or CloudFormation
- Experience using AI coding tools for infrastructure and automation
