Principal Enablement Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a highly qualified Principal Enablement Architect, this full-time remote position will drive the transformation of the Revenue organization's performance through strategic enablement program design, AI integration, and hands-on execution across skill development, process optimization, and leadership development.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex enablement solutions for global customer operations, synthesizing GTM strategies and instructional design principles
• Demonstrate technical acuity to transform complex frameworks into actionable enablement programs while staying current with industry methodologies
• Champion AI integration into enablement workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency across the revenue organization

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in enablement, performance consulting, or instructional design with a portfolio of high-quality programs
• 5+ years leading large, complex revenue enablement projects in a fast-paced, technology-first environment
• 2+ years of experience applying enterprise-level AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation in an enablement context
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields
• Deep knowledge of B2B revenue methodologies and coaching frameworks
