Principal Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer for a remote, full-time position, this role focuses on defining architecture for AI-augmented engineering productivity and serves as a strategic consultant for Fortune 500 clients transitioning to agentic workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead architectural decisions and define implementation roadmaps for agentic solutions in regulated industries
- Engage with engineering leadership to consult on best practices and measure ROI/Developer Productivity
- Design development processes that leverage AI systems for code generation while ensuring human-in-the-loop validation
Required qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of professional software development experience with expertise in full-stack architectures
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer
- Deep fluency in Agentic Tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week and engage with clients effectively
