Principal Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Principal Engineer / Technical Lead, the successful candidate will guide the architecture and implementation of a Greenfield AI Solution within the Enterprise Search team, providing hands-on technical leadership, writing production code, and managing integrations in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall technical architecture for the AI Solution, including design decisions across application, integration, data, and AI
- Provide hands-on leadership in designing, implementing, testing, and reviewing production code
- Lead complex integrations with client and enterprise data platforms, ensuring alignment with program objectives
Required Qualifications
- Deep hands-on software engineering experience with backend services, APIs, and modern web applications
- Demonstrated success in leading architecture and complex implementations for enterprise or mission-critical systems
- Strong Python skills with practical experience in AI/LLM application architecture
- Experience with retrieval systems, agent orchestration, and responsible-AI guardrails
- Strong system-integration and technical-risk-management skills
