To support a growing engineering team, the full-time remote Principal Engineer, Agentic AI will architect and optimize the Steer CRM platform, focusing on integrating AI-driven workflows and enhancing automation tools while ensuring code excellence and customer-centric engineering.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design of reusable full-stack components and services for the Steer CRM platform
- Optimize data ingestion and processing to revolutionize automation tools
- Collaborate with Product teams to address user pain points and ensure architectural decisions add value
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in building complex web-based SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM integration, including deploying AI-powered features
- Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, with expertise in schema design and query optimization
- Experience integrating AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines
