Job Summary
To shape the future of investment management software, the full-time Principal Engineer, AI Platform will guide the architecture and development of an agentic AI platform, collaborating across teams to drive technical strategy and product delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive technical strategy and architecture for the AI platform and shared AI capabilities
- Lead technical decisions to enable scalable, reliable, and secure use of AI platform capabilities across engineering teams
- Architect solutions for integrating external data and propose new AI features to enhance platform capabilities
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in systems architecture
- Significant experience building and shipping AI-powered products in production
- Proven ability to design scalable system architectures and evaluate technologies for AI components
- Full-stack experience in AI product development; proficiency in Kotlin, TypeScript, and React
- Track record of driving technical decisions and aligning stakeholders across teams
