Principal Engineer, Digital Workplace

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of NBCUniversal's digital workplace, the full-time Principal Engineer, Digital Workplace will define and deliver next-generation platforms focused on enterprise collaboration, endpoint engineering, and AI solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the technical vision and architecture for digital workplace platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Lead the design and engineering of workplace services, including Microsoft 365 and endpoint management solutions, to enhance performance and security
• Architect enterprise AI capabilities and establish governance standards for AI solutions that improve employee productivity

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise or platform engineering, particularly in workplace technology
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and endpoint management platforms like Intune and JAMF
• Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform
• Proven experience leading large-scale platform transformations in media or large global enterprises
• Excellent architectural, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
