Principal Engineer - IAM

Job Summary

Championing identity security in an AI-enabled enterprise, the full-time salaried Principal Engineer - IAM will provide technical leadership for the organization's Identity and Access Management strategy, focusing on scalable, observable, and secure identity capabilities while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deep technical leadership for enterprise threat modeling efforts and address complex identity security challenges
• Define and advance scalable architectures and security controls for various identity types, driving engineering excellence across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI and identity security requirements into technical designs and delivery processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in security engineering or a related field
• Proven experience defining and executing enterprise security strategy
• Deep knowledge of modern threats, attack techniques, and detection engineering
• Demonstrated ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders
