Principal Engineer, Security Architecture

Job Summary

Owning a core security domain within DGX Cloud, the full-time Principal Engineer, Security Architecture will manage architectural responsibilities, collaborate with engineering teams, and develop secure systems to mitigate risks in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take architectural ownership of core security domains, ensuring robust design and production implementation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security considerations early in the design and development process
• Engineer secure pathways into the platform, facilitating ease of use while maintaining high security standards

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in security and infrastructure engineering, with a focus on systemic solutions
• Strong software engineering background, capable of writing clean and maintainable production-grade code
• Proven experience in security architecture, including multi-tenant isolation and vulnerability management
• Expertise in threat modeling for complex distributed systems and engineering solutions to close architectural gaps
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
