Principal Enterprise Architect
Job Summary
To lead the transformation of identity intelligence, the remote Principal Enterprise Architect will take end-to-end ownership of the technical vision, focusing on AI adoption, cloud-native engineering, and optimizing multi-tenant SaaS platforms while collaborating with engineering teams to drive innovation and architectural excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision for scalable, high-performance systems and define modern architecture patterns
- Architect high-scale data processing pipelines and enable data self-service for analytics and ML use cases
- Guide engineering teams on architectural best practices and lead the Jumio Architecture Review Council for cross-functional alignment
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in system architecture, data engineering, or cloud engineering roles
- Deep expertise in AWS and experience with multi-tenant architectures for configurable SaaS platforms
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency in high-scale transactional systems and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Kubernetes
- Proven ability to integrate GenAI and ML methodologies into the software development lifecycle
