Job Summary
Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time salaried Principal EPM Lead, IT Finance will manage Oracle Hyperion Planning solutions, drive EPM strategy initiatives, and enhance financial planning processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage system upgrades, implementations, and integrations of Oracle Hyperion solutions
- Lead and mentor teams while influencing decision-making across Finance and IT
- Drive process improvements and develop a vision for the EPM roadmap and digital finance transformation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPM solutions and 5+ years in leadership roles
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Financial Management
- Strong SQL and data integration experience with knowledge of ETL tools
- Master's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred
