Seeking a strategic, highly discerning Principal Executive Recruiter for a fully remote, full-time opportunity to lead complex executive searches for VP, SVP, and C-suite roles, focusing on technical and transformation leadership across various technology domains.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive searches, including talent strategy, market mapping, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Build and engage world-class executive talent pipelines across AI, software, cloud, and cybersecurity domains

Required qualifications
