Job Summary
Serving as the primary designer for design services and Design Sprint engagements, the full-time Principal Experience Strategist will plan and conduct user research, create and prototype solutions, and facilitate workshops remotely while ensuring usability and business outcomes are met.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute user research, mapping current and future state journeys
- Design and prototype solutions, testing them with users for feedback
- Facilitate discovery workshops and Design Sprints, training others in the process
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in experience design
- Proficiency in facilitating workshops and Design Sprints
- Experience with user research methodologies and prototyping tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with delivery teams on project backlogs
- Knowledge of design methods and templates for practice maintenance
