Principal Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the rapidly scaling Marketplace Fulfillment business, the full-time remote Principal Financial Analyst will manage complex analyses, forecasting, and financial models while partnering with senior leaders to drive profitable growth and enhance financial transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre-deal financial analytics, building models to size ramps and break-even points while identifying operational constraints
• Drive assortment expansion decisions by modeling sell-through and cost-to-serve across fulfillment paths
• Own and scale the quote engine by designing cost-to-serve models that translate brand scope into automated quotes

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategy, or operations analytics within eCommerce or marketplace environments
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Excel, with strong capabilities in Power BI and experience with cloud data warehouses
• Proven experience in developing scalable economic models and quoting frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives
• Strong collaboration skills and an owner's mindset to navigate ambiguity and deliver results
