Principal Financial Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Qatar Early Warning Radar (QEWR) Program at Hanscom AFB, MA, the full-time Principal Financial Manager will manage program budgets, perform budget forecasting and variance analysis, and ensure accurate financial records while utilizing automated financial management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare program budgets, financial reports, and documentation while analyzing data to recommend solutions to funding challenges
• Conduct budget forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value management assessments, providing recommendations to the program office
• Compile financial materials for audits and reporting, and prepare documentation for various financial reviews and assessments

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience, including five years of DoD experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience
• Must have and maintain a Secret Level Clearance
• 12+ years of relevant experience in direct support of a USAF/USSF System Program Office
• Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales programs
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and DoD acquisition requirements
