Job Summary
As a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, this full-time remote position will lead the design and deployment of AI/ML-powered solutions, architect application integrations, and drive data-driven development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered solutions tailored to customer needs
- Architect and implement robust application integrations using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Drive data-driven solution development by analyzing complex datasets to extract insights and inform product direction
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in backend software development
- 5+ years of experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Deep expertise in applied AI/ML, including generative AI and LLMs
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, with experience in APIs and microservices
- Experience with AI risk assessment, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
