Key responsibilities
- Focus on core components of the Steer CRM to enhance automation tools and data processing
- Lead the design of reusable full-stack components and services for scalability and performance
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure architectural decisions deliver value to auto repair shops
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building complex web-based SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM integration in production-grade infrastructure
- Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
- Experience integrating AI tools into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
