Principal GL Services Consultant
Job Summary
Guiding the design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution, the part-time Principal GL Services Consultant will oversee project activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, including customer requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Support project teams in validating customer business requirements and mapping them to Dayforce functionality
- Lead internal project meetings and provide updates on the progress of activities and deliverables
- Contribute to internal implementation initiatives by documenting best practices and solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in human capital management applications consulting
- 5+ years in a Consultant role with Dayforce HCM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experienced in SaaS/cloud computing environments
- Deep knowledge of at least two Dayforce HCM modules demonstrated through multiple implementations
