Principal GTM Automation

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Principal GTM Automation will document processes, build AI agents, and design improvements for the Revenue organization, focusing on automation in sales, marketing, and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows for repetitive revenue tasks, ensuring robust systems with proper error handling and observability
• Determine the integration of AI and automation in go-to-market strategies while maintaining necessary human oversight
• Own the architecture connecting agents to Salesforce and other data sources, ensuring seamless workflow reuse and system documentation

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, GTM automation, or revenue systems, with experience managing systems from design to production support
• Experience with at least one LLM-powered workflow or agent utilized by a business team in production
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, and SQL, with the ability to review and test code effectively
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including its data model, APIs, and integration with data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake
• Familiarity with enrichment and signal tools such as D&B, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights, along with the ability to resolve discrepancies between sources
