Job Summary
To support a cutting-edge engineering team, the full-time Principal Harness Engineer will design and deploy core components that enhance AI coding agents' output quality while working remotely from Bulgaria.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and support harness components that ensure production-grade engineering from AI models
- Own and evolve feedforward guides and quality gating processes to standardize agent outputs
- Establish testing infrastructure and feedback mechanisms to ensure AI-generated outputs meet quality and safety standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent commercial experience in software architecture and development
- Extensive experience with AI coding agents and large, complex codebases, with a strong focus on testing and maintainability
- Proven ability to build engineering tooling, including CI/CD pipelines and static analysis tools
- Experience with quality-gating processes and defining release criteria for engineering standards
- Knowledge of security considerations unique to autonomous agents and experience with consumer/contract testing approaches
